Policies
Appointment Policy
At my studio, I strive to provide a luxurious and professional experience for every client. To maintain the highest standards of service, health, and respect for everyone's time, the following appointment policies are strictly enforced. These guidelines are in place to ensure safety, fairness, and a smooth, relaxing experience for all.
Health & Safety

If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness—including flu-like symptoms, diarrhea, headaches, breathing difficulties, or a runny nose—please cancel your appointment.

Clients with open scabs, bleeding or oozing pimples, cuts, sores, or peeling skin will not be serviced for health and sanitation reasons.
Timeliness
-
Arriving 14–20 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, especially on high-volume days.

Clients who are 5–13 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee.

Tardiness affects both the service provider’s schedule and the next client’s appointment time.
Booking & Attendance
-
No-call, no-show appointments will result in an automatic ban from future bookings.

Repeated disregard for these policies may lead to a client ban from rebooking.
Courtesy & Conduct

Please refrain from using your cellphone during your appointment. It’s difficult to provide makeup services while your phone is in use.

If you must take a call, please use earpods or speakerphone for minimal disruption.

This is a Safe Space—mutual respect and trust between client and provider are essential.

Deposit & Payment Policy
To secure your appointment and ensure a smooth scheduling process, all bookings require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. These policies are in place to protect both your time and mine. Please read the following guidelines carefully to avoid any confusion or delays.
Deposits

A $30 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for makeup appointments.

A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for hair appointments.

Deposits can be sent via CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, or manual debit/credit card payment over the phone by contacting me at 626-313-2658.
Booking & Confirmation

Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation text—please be deposit ready at that time.

Your appointment is not secured until the deposit is received.
Final Payment

Remaining balances can be paid in cash, via CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, or by debit/credit card in person.

Follow the instructions provided by email or text message closely, as rules and procedures may vary.

When booking, please provide your last name to avoid confusion with other clients.

Ensure your phone number is valid for timely communication and confirmation.
